How long do orders take to arrive in Gibraltar?

We have a number of items in stock, but due to the number of products we have on display we will most likely have to place an order, which can take between 2 to 4 weeks to deliver.

Can I leave my order in storage until I need it?

Unfortunately due to our lack of storage space we are unable to ‘hold’ orders for long periods, you will be advised to hold off any orders until works are to begin.

Do you deliver?

We use Buxton & Co as a subcontracted delivery company. They will efficiently deliver your order to your address with a pre-arranged date and time to suit your needs.

What are your Opening Times?

Showroom: Mon – Fri 9am to 6pm / Trade and Paint Shop: Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm & Sat 8am to 1pm

Do you have tiles in stock?

Yes, we have a number of tiles in stock if you cannot wait for a tile to be ordered. We also keep in stock most of the brassware and sanitaryware we have on display.

Can I return any leftover items?

We can only accept goods that have been sold from stock and in their original packaging.

Can you supply a shower tray made to measure?

Yes, we can order bespoke shower trays and shower enclosures to fit your needs.

Do you install?

No, we currently do not offer this service, but we will put you in contact with a few trusted contractors for a quote to suit your needs.
